Having graduated from NKU, Mitch has been a part of the Insurance Industry, as a licensed agent, for well over 25+ years. He is licensed in all General Lines of Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance, and over the years he has also obtained the Industry Designations for being a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) & Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).

Jennifer Jasper Jennifer Jasper is a native of Erlanger, Kentucky and is excited to be serving as an insurance agent in her hometown. She is a graduate of Lloyd Memorial High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University. Jennifer has over seventeen years of experience and expertise in insurance sales, marketing, public relations, medical practice management, and administrative support. She has worked for Hummel Hatfield insurance since September 2013 and serves both personal and commercial lines clients. Jennifer’s priority is giving clients the best value for their money while making sure they are well protected.

Jennifer has a twelve year old son, Brendon, and she spends much of her free time cheering him on at his basketball and football games. She is also an active member of 7 Hills Church, the Erlanger Lions Club, and the Bettie Carter Morgan Womans Club and serves as a tutor for Whiz Kids.
Janie Kearns Janie Kearns grew up in Rising Sun, Indiana. She is a graduate with honors of Rising Sun High School and earned a Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Kentucky in 2005.

Janie has worked for Hummel Insurance for nine years. She loves to help save people money and customize the protection each family needs through every stage of life. Janie is married to Andrew and they have two daughters, Ella and Lily.
Andrew Kearns Born and raised in Paris ,KY. Andrew served in the United States Navy for six years, four of which aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt. During his time aboard he was deployed twice overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After being honorably discharged he was employed with AEP working as a field service engineer specializing in turbine and generator inspection and repair.

Andrew left AEP after eight years do to travel requirements and relocation so he could spend more time at home with his wife and two young daughters. He currently resides in Hidden Valley, Indiana where he enjoys skiing in the winter, boating in the summer, and hunting in the spring and fall.
Bev Hatfield Beverly Hatfield is a native of the Cincinnati area, graduating from Reading High School, however, she has lived most of her life in NKY. Bev has been in the insurance industry for 40+ years, starting as an inside claims adjuster, where she met Steve Hatfield, the founder of Hatfield Insurance Agency. After marrying Steve, she moved over to the Agency side, and has been serving customers ever since. She enjoys helping people make sure they have the right insurance protection for their personal needs, and for the least amount of money. She has always treated clients like they are family. Bev is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life and Health.

Bev was selected as an Outstanding Young Woman of America for her abilities, accomplishments, and service to the community. She was Appointed and Commissioned as a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the 16th Judicial Circuit and District of Ky. She is a long time member of St. Pius X church and served on the Worship Committee. Also, she helped with organizing and ringing the bell for the Salvation Army of NKY.
Bev has two sons, Mitch (Michelle) and Stuart (Stacey), and five grandchildren. She enjoys going to any event the grandchildren are participating in, and loves being with all of her extended family. She also enjoys spending her time off reading and visiting with her Florida friends and neighbors in the winter.
